Authentic Technique, Not Cardio Kickboxing
Pound 4 Pound combines Western boxing, Dutch-style kickboxing combinations, and traditional Muay Thai into a progressive striking curriculum. New students learn stance, movement, defense, punching, and kicking before adding more complex partner work.
The goal is not to rush contact. The goal is to build clean technique that can support fitness, recreational training, and competition as your experience grows.
Progress at the Right Pace
Each class has a clear purpose. Start where your experience fits, develop the fundamentals, and advance when your coaches know you are ready.
The recommended entry point for new students and anyone who prefers non-contact training. Build reliable punching and kicking mechanics while improving conditioning and coordination.
Partner drilling built around sharp boxing combinations, kicks, knees, defense, and the fast rhythm associated with K-1. Students advance after building a solid technical foundation.
Develop the Art of Eight Limbs through punches, kicks, knees, elbows, clinch concepts, bag work, partner drills, and pad work in a structured training environment.
Controlled sparring for students ready to apply timing, footwork, defense, strategy, and combinations against a live partner while prioritizing safety and technical growth.
Beginners do not need to spar. Start with fundamentals, learn the gym’s technical standards, and progress into partner training or competition-focused work only when it makes sense for your goals and skill level.
