More Than a Workout
Pound 4 Pound’s youth program uses martial arts training as a practical framework for physical development, confidence, and better training habits.
Learn stance, movement, punches, kicks, knees, defense, and safe training habits with coaching that emphasizes form over rushing.
Martial arts drills challenge timing, footwork, body control, and athletic coordination in ways that transfer beyond the gym.
Students practice listening, following sequences, controlling effort, and working through challenges in a structured class setting.
Partner drills and group training help kids communicate, cooperate, and build confidence without creating an intimidating environment.
Classes keep kids moving with skill-based activity that develops endurance, agility, and a positive relationship with training.
The program reinforces respectful behavior, appropriate control, and the responsibility that comes with learning martial arts skills.
